absolutely disappointing customer service.placed an order for a month now, sent 5 emails with no rep...lies (only once recently) to confirm shipping finally only to find they sent half of items purchased. no one confirmed .no one answered I feel I was robbed literally! dont provide a service if you can not provide properly!!
It is very disappointing how large companies give themselves the right to behave irresponsibly towar...ds the people they profit from. I ordered a gift for my mom on April 14 and it hasn’t been delivered to me yet. After several messages and emails sent, I did not receive any response, or money return. My advice to all of you is to support small business in your country because that way you will support a family who makes beautiful and quality things, and you will never experience treatment like this. ??GOODBYE ZARA ??
